tk716 Terms & Conditions — Your Complete Guide to Platform Rules

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the tk716 website located at tk716.io, including all sub-pages, features, services, games, and betting markets made available through it.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform, through which the Player accesses all services.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who has registered an Account on the tk716 Platform and uses its services.
• "tk716" or "We" or "Us" means the operator of the tk716 Platform and all associated services described herein.
• "Balance" means the total amount of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, expressed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or non-withdrawable funds credited to a Player's Account as part of a promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Player must wager a bonus amount before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, partnerships, and organisations may not register as Players.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any Prohibited Jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly forbidden by applicable law.
• You must not already hold an active Account on the Platform. Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual may be suspended without notice and any balance may be voided.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person when registering or operating your Account.

tk716 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide reasons for such a decision.

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.

You agree to notify tk716 immediately if you suspect or become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. tk716 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access where such access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

tk716 may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, suspend or close an Account where:

• There is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or collusion.
• The Account holder is found to be ineligible under Section 2 of these Terms.
• There is a material breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• A regulatory obligation or law enforcement request requires such action.
• The Account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months with a zero Balance.

Players wishing to permanently close their Account for responsible gaming reasons may do so at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Voluntary self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours of receipt.

You may be required to submit government-issued photo identification and proof of address before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of a request may result in Account suspension.

Deposits: Funds deposited through approved payment channels are credited to the Player's Balance in real time, typically within 30 seconds of a confirmed transaction. Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The withdrawing Player must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, to prevent money laundering.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within 30 minutes for bKash and Nagad. Processing times for Rocket and Upay may be up to 2 business hours.
• tk716 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawal requests exceeding ৳50,000.
• Bonus Funds are not withdrawable. Only real-money Balance may be withdrawn.

tk716 shall not be liable for delays in processing caused by payment service providers, banking system outages, or Force Majeure events outside its reasonable control.

All bets and game rounds placed on the tk716 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product type — sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and arcade games. By placing a bet or initiating a game round, you agree to the applicable product rules in force at that time.

Sports Betting: All cricket and sports betting markets offered on tk716 are settled in accordance with the official results published by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB, BCCI). tk716 reserves the right to void any bet where a clear pricing error has occurred or where there is evidence of match-fixing or irregular activity affecting the outcome.

Casino Games: All casino games, including slots, live casino tables, and crash games, use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) to determine outcomes. Game outcomes are final once a round is completed and confirmed by the system. tk716 does not reverse completed game rounds except in the event of a proven technical fault.

• A bet or game round is binding once it has been accepted and confirmed by the platform.

• Winnings are credited to the Player's Balance immediately upon settlement.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round, the round will be voided and the stake returned to the Player's Balance.

tk716 does not accept responsibility for any losses incurred as a result of the Player's own gaming strategy, decisions, or misunderstanding of game mechanics.

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or otherwise reproduce any part of the Platform's technology, data, or content.

All content on the tk716 Platform — including but not limited to the tk716 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, written content, graphics, and software — is the intellectual property of tk716 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, scrape, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits tk716's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. tk716's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable by a competent authority, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
